Classes & Workshops LEARN TO MEDITATE A 7 week course commencing Tuesday 10th May 2011- 21 June 2011 When practiced on a regular basis, meditation has been proven to have a significant therapeutic effect on our mental and emotional well-being, as well as improving and maintaining our physical health. My goal is to help you begin to build a foundation you can call upon for the rest of your life. In this course we will look at:-
Venue: Vanessa’s Yoga Centre 70 O’Connors Roadd Werribee South. Cost: $85 or $15 casual. Time: 7pm – 8 pm ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SPIRITUAL AWAKENING & MEDITATION CLASSES These classes are non denominational and are directed at learning about, and embracing your own spiritual self and the beautiful essence of who you are. These classes will include spiritual topics, personal development, chanting, discussion, the use of processes for healing, as well as meditation. Classes are offered in 4 week blocks with a week off in between each 4 weeks. Throughout the 4 weeks we will focus on a topic for deeper understanding. The first topic we will cover is “Soul” The fourth class will be structured as meditation and a healing circle. If you are interested in mediation and spirituality these classes may be for you.

Hectic life styles and emotional stress creates imbalance in our energy field, which then leaves us subject to illness. Reiki re-aligns the energy flow to aide in our healing process and helps us feel more centered and at peace. Rose is a great facilitator and the skills she taught me have been a wonderful tool in self healing and a fantastic experience for me. A TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY One Chakra a Month By Rose Farrugia Chakra Healing is a commitment to yourself. In order to change how we feel we need to do inner work. These workshops are for people who are ready to delve within and do the work. 1. As a group we will work at healing and balancing one chakra a month 2. We will cover the key issues for each chakra. 3. Processes and exercises will be used to heal and experience inner work 4. We will work autonomously and participate in group work. Exercises will be provided for you to continue the work till we meet the following month so the process of reflection, healing and gaining a deeper understanding and awareness can flow and continue. I don’t really have any words to describe the impact that Reiki Two has had for me.... except to say that I now understand what a precious gift Reiki is. Reiki Two increased the depth of understanding that I have about Reiki and also about my place in the universe.
